Right ovary

The right member of the pair of ovaries, holding follicles and producing oocytes and sex hormones.

How to spot it. The right member of the pair, against the right pelvic wall.

What it does. Releases oocytes and secretes oestrogen and progesterone.

Where it sits. Held by the ovarian ligament to the uterus and by the suspensory ligament to the pelvic wall.
