In this browser, and nowhere else. There is no account and no server behind this page, so nothing you write here is sent anywhere or readable by anyone but you. The cost of that is real and worth knowing: clearing site data clears these notes, a different browser or device is a different set, and a private window usually keeps nothing after it closes. Export them if they matter.
